Shijie Jia, Professor, Doctor of Engineering, School of Rail Transit Intelligence Engineering, Dalian Jiaotong University; Head of Electronic Information Discipline, Member of the University Academic Committee. He is dedicated to teaching and research in image processing, pattern recognition and machine learning. He has presided over more than ten provincial and ministerial projects, published over 50 first-author papers (30 indexed by the three major retrieval systems), one monograph and 8 authorized invention patents. He has received the Excellent IT Teacher Award of Dalian, and one Second and one Third Prize of Liaoning Natural Science and Technology Achievements.

Prof. Fengzhen Tang

Brief Introduction:
Fengzhen Tang is a Researcher Professor at the Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Leader of the Neural Computing Group at the State Key Laboratory of Robotics and Intelligent Systems. Her research mainly focuses on machine learning, brain-computer interfaces, and brain-inspired computing.She has published more than 60 academic papers in top-tier journals and conferences in the fields of machine learning and artificial intelligence, including IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems (TNNLS), IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics (TCYB), Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA), ACM SIGKDD Conference on Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining (KDD), and International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence (IJCAI). She has applied for more than 10 patents and been granted 1 software copyright. She has obtained more than 10 research grants, including the National Key R&D Program of China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Liaoning Provincial Natural Science Foundation. She has been selected for CAS Pioneer Hundred Talents Program, China, CAS Project for Young Scientists in Basic Research, Liaoning Revitalization Talents Program, Natural Science Foundation of Liaoning province for Excellent Young Scholars, China the Liaoning Provincial Hundred-Thousand-Ten Thousand Talents Project, Shenyang Science and Technology Innovation Talent Program for Middle-aged and Young Scholars and she is also an IEEE Senior Member.

Prof. Md Mozasser Rahman

Brief Introduction:
Md Mozasser Rahman is a visiting professor at GameAbove College of Engineering and Technology, Eastern Michigan University. Dr. Mozasser received a B. Sc. Eng. degree fromBangladesh Institute of Technology (BIT) Khulna in Mechanical Engineering in 1988. After graduation, he worked for the same institute as a lecturer. He has served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology, UTHM, from 2020 to 2022 and in the Dept. of Mechatronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) from 2007 to 2019. He has practical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance and automation. He was later conferred an M. Eng. degree and Ph. D. from Mie University, Japan, in 2000 and 2003, respectively. Dr. Mozasser has expertise in Robotics and Industrial Automation. His research covers human-robot cooperation, movement characteristics of human arms, artificial human organs, etc. He is a consultant for Industrial Automation and Robotic Systems for universities and industries. He received one academic award from JSME (Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers) and two innovation awards from MTEX (Malaysian Technology Exhibition). One of his inventions is pending a patent. He published more than 50 articles and book chapters. Dr. Mozasser is a Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, UK, and a Chartered Engineer registered with the Engineering Council, UK.

Prof. Mohd Khair Hassan

Brief Introduction:
Dr. Mohd Khair Hassan is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), where he has served the university with distinction for more than twenty years. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom, with specialization in Control Systems, and subsequently earned a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He later completed his Doctor of Philosophy in Automotive Engineering at UPM. He is a registered Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate in Electronic under the Board of Engineers Malaysia, a Professional Engineer in Electronic with the Federation of Engineering Institutions of Islamic Countries, a Certified Trainer accredited by the Human Resources Development Corporation Malaysia, and a Certified Trainer with TÜV Rheinland Malaysia.
Dr. Mohd Khair’s research expertise encompasses control systems, automotive control engineering, artificial intelligence applications, and circular economy frameworks. His scholarly work focuses on advanced energy management strategies, the development of x-by-wire technologies, and predictive modelling of lithium-ion battery degradation. A key dimension of his research integrates circular economy principles, particularly in second-life battery applications, addressing sustainability, resilience, and lifecycle optimization within energy storage systems and emerging smart mobility technologies.
He has authored numerous high-impact journal publications and actively contributes to the academic community as a reviewer for leading international journals and conferences. In addition, he serves as a research grant evaluator, applying his technical and professional expertise to assess and support innovative and high-impact engineering research initiatives at both national and international levels.
